Responsibilities
Manage purchase requests and the end-to-end procurement process.
Source and procure specialized products from local vendors to meet specific business needs.
Evaluate and compare bids and select cost-effective, high-quality suppliers.
Negotiate and monitor supplier prices and expected delivery dates.
Oversee order placement and notify relevant departments to maintain organizational alignment.
Manage inter-company stock transfer requests between branch offices to balance inventory levels.
Maintain inventory control systems and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor stock levels to ensure purchase orders can be fulfilled without delay.
Conduct regular inventory counts and order necessary supplies to maintain operations.
Coordinate local freight and domestic transportation arrangements.
Coordinate with global logistics partners to support international shipping.
Track shipments from order placement through final delivery to the end user.
Ensure on-time delivery and verify that customer specifications are met.
Verify billed amounts against goods received for financial accuracy.
Match purchase orders with shipments and forward invoices to the finance department.
Ensure ticket and package documentation is accurate and includes proper purchase details.
Classify priority regulations and ensure transactions comply with company policy.
Address and resolve questions or concerns regarding merchandise or orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

Inventory & Internal Distribution
Manage inter-company stock transfer requests between branch offices to balance inventory levels.
Maintain inventory control systems (ERP) and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor stock levels to ensure all purchase orders can be fulfilled without delay.
Conduct regular inventory counts and order necessary supplies to maintain operations.
Logistics & Order Tracking
Coordinate local freight and manage domestic transportation arrangements.
Coordinate with global logistics partners to ensure seamless international shipping.
Track shipments from order placement until final delivery to the end-user.
Ensure on-time delivery and verify that all customer specifications are met.
Documentation & Compliance
Verify billed amounts against goods received to ensure financial accuracy.
Match purchase orders with shipments and handle invoice forwarding to the finance department.
Ensure all documentation on tickets/packages is accurate and affix proper purchase details.
Classify priority regulations and ensure all transactions comply with company policy.
Address and resolve any questions or concerns regarding merchandise or orders.
Requirement: • Bachelor's degree. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, most importantly, Excel. • Efficient communication skills. • Prior project & procurement experience is a plus. • Fluency in Mandarin language required.
