- Maximize sales in compliance with company standards.
- Guide, motivate, and develop on-floor resources.
- Ensure personnel are distributed correctly according to customer flows and commercial objectives.

- Guarantee the development and growth of store resources in coordination with the Tutor and Department Heads.

- Identify effective solutions to align on-floor staffing with customer and market needs.
- Guarantee acquisition and development of Department Heads’ management skills.
- Guarantee team motivation in collaboration with management staff.
- Train and develop department backups to ensure coverage of the role.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on the effective commercial management of events.
- Supervise the store when the Store Manager is absent.
