About the Position

Join our Global Sustainability & ESG team as a Senior ESG Strategy and Programme Lead. In this role, you’ll support the development of our Sustainability & ESG strategy, aligning it with our purpose of growing positive impact while addressing material risks to our business and society.
Your leadership will be crucial in managing our ESG metrics and programmes, leading materiality assessments, developing ESG reporting scorecards, and ensuring our internal ESG management system aligns with recognized standards. This role is a unique growth opportunity for someone who understands the importance of solving commercial problems while advancing our ESG & Sustainability strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Supporting the development of our Sustainability & ESG strategy in alignment with our Purpose.
- Managing timely and effective reporting on ESG metrics across functions.
- Leading double materiality assessment processes, analyzing and prioritizing ESG risks and opportunities.
- Developing ESG reporting scorecards and transforming data into insights to drive growth and ESG performance.
- Owning the internal ESG management system and ensuring compliance with recognized standards.
- Managing the ESG Leadership Team and facilitating informed decision-making
To thrive in this role
You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Strategy, or a related discipline. We’re looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in leading complex, multi-functional change and transformation programmes. You should be adept at delivering change in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to navigate and lead through complexity and change is key to succeeding in this dynamic role.
