- Complete preparations before and during service, including preparing serving cutlery and bread baskets and maintaining clean equipment and surfaces.
- Coordinate orders so that items are delivered to guests efficiently and on time.
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu items to assist guests and waiting staff.
- Attend food and beverage menu-item-related training.
- Learn the table planning of food and beverage outlets and memorize multiple orders simultaneously.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in food and beverage outlets and, when necessary, to rooms, the gym, and the swimming pool.
- Work safely and hygienically with food and beverages.
- Check supplies and put away stock.
- Monitor tables for upcoming courses and communicate with waiting staff and the kitchen.
- Take orders and provide information to guests when required, while communicating clearly with colleagues.
- Inform waiting and kitchen staff about VIPs and guests' special requests or needs.
- Handle challenges and changes during service and assist with table turnover.
- Clear tables during and after service.
- Prepare drinks, snacks, and breads when necessary.
- Assist other departments when required.
- Attend departmental meetings.
- Perform cleaning tasks during and after service.
- Maintain immaculate guest areas.
- Perform other duties as requested by senior management.
- A proactive and energetic approach with a positive attitude.
