Requirements
At least one year of experience in youth-focused behavioral health.
A high school diploma is required.
Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license and an insured personal vehicle meeting $100,000/$300,000 coverage requirements to transport youth.
Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a negative tuberculosis test.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to travel throughout the East Valley and transport youth.
Responsibilities
Work one-to-one with youth and caregivers across Phoenix, Tempe, and Guadalupe.
Use the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teach social skills and daily independence skills.
Plan therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues.
Collaborate with the Department of Child Safety to support family reunification and stability.
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation tracking goals and progress.
Provide services in community settings, including indoor and outdoor activities, with frequent movement and transportation.
Work Monday through Saturday, with hours varying based on client needs.

Your Mission for Success You will work 1:1 with youth and caregivers across Phoenix, Tempe, and Guadalupe to create lasting change through:
Life Skills Training: Using the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teaching everything from social skills to daily independence.
Community Impact: Planning therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues that make learning "hands-on."
Reunification Support: Collaborating with DCS to help families stay together and build a stable future.
Goal Tracking: Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining high-quality documentation to celebrate every milestone.
