- Administer and maintain data critical to the AIM process, including setup and management of new AIM accounts
- Identify and resolve data errors, system issues, and tolerance exceptions related to AIM processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues
- Support ongoing AIM processes by monitoring automation workflows and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Assist the sales team with AIM reserve reviews and material repurposing requests
- Generate and analyze data related to inventory consumption, replenishment, and overall AIM program effectiveness
- Review inventory consumption trends and adjust supply planning recommendations to maintain proper inventory balance
- Document business requirements and support testing for new AIM features and system enhancements
- Monitor the Agent Replenishment process to ensure materials replenish appropriately to fulfill customer demand
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on AIM system enhancements and process improvements
- Participate in testing and implementation of new functionality across the AIM portfolio
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, or industrial environments preferred
- Experience with SAP (ECC/APO), EDI systems, and Robotic Process Automation technologies preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams (appears elsewhere)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools or additional data analysis software would be a plus
