About the job

Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years leading a team; experience managing specialists, setting standards, developing people, and continuing to build while leading.
  • Experience designing and shipping AI systems used daily, including agents, retrieval and retrieval-augmented generation patterns, Model Context Protocol and integrations, and automation; ability to make architecture decisions, assess cost, accuracy, and reliability trade-offs, and identify system failure modes.
  • Knowledge of knowledge management, content governance, instructional design, and workplace learning and information discovery.
  • Ability to uphold standards, reject noncompliant content, handle first-line pushback from senior stakeholders, and know when to escalate.
  • Ability to take a problem from strategic framing through an MVP-first sequence and run a program supply chain with clear completion criteria across multiple change types.
  • Experience working with engineering, Revenue Operations, Product, or sales organizations, and ability to run a shared roadmap with partners whose priorities are not controlled by the role.
  • Ability to analyze telemetry for demand, gaps, trust, and attribution, and measure application rather than consumption.
  • Ability to document work, build for handover, and design teams and systems so critical work does not depend on one person.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Knowledge Architects, Learning Design Managers, and AI Builders; set standards for each craft, develop specializations, and build the team's capacity to deliver independently.
  • Own the AI backbone, including knowledge agents, the Knowledge Command Center and indexing architecture, the content creation engine, communications, AI-centered onboarding, simulation practice, AI-run certifications, and related analytics; oversee how these are architected, built, and brought into production.
  • Enforce AI-consumability standards and a single source of truth; prevent below-standard content from being indexed and escalate issues when leadership backing is needed.
  • Run the program supply chain for product launches, technology-stack rollouts, and process or policy changes, ensuring materials are indexed and governed and agents answer correctly.
  • Use question telemetry to detect and resolve gaps and produce a monthly gap-closure report; receive regional-team wins, re-author them to standard, and scale them globally while preserving credit and design participation for the originating team.
  • Run day-to-day partnerships with BigBrain and Business Applications engineering, Revenue Operations, Product, and Product Marketing on shared roadmaps, integration surfaces, and reliability.
  • Partner with Field Revenue Excellence on major initiatives, owning the what and why while that team owns the how and when.
  • Perform hands-on implementation work on selected top-tier initiatives alongside leadership responsibilities.
  • Ensure knowledge-agent content is verified and governed before indexing, decide architecture with AI Builders and engineering partners, enforce the definition of done, and use subsequent telemetry to prioritize further improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with knowledge bases, search, learning management systems, certification tools, or simulation tools.
  • Experience in or alongside a global revenue organization.
  • Familiarity with monday.com products.

Momentum stocks: monday.com up 34.8% is a buy, while AMN and RLI are ones to avoid

Three stocks have surged over the past month, but only one has the fundamentals to back it up, according to StockStory's analysis of momentum stocks. It rates monday.com (NASDAQ:MNDY) a buy after a 34.8% one-month gain. The cloud-based work platform's annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew 24.3% on average over the last year, and its gross margin of 88.7% is best-in-class. Shares trade at $106.55, or 3x forward price-to-sales. It advises ignoring AMN Healthcare Services (NYSE:AMN), up 40.1%. Travelers on assignment have fallen for two years, earnings per share have declined for five, and returns on capital are shrinking. The stock trades at $48.01, or 55.1x forward earnings. It also rejects insurer RLI (NYSE:RLI), up 15.9%. Premium growth of 6.1% lagged peers, and book value per share fell 1.6% annually over two years. Shares trade at $64.86.

monday.com launches AI calling platform Harmony as shares jump 6.7% and look 2% undervalued

monday.com (MNDY) has launched Harmony, an AI calling platform built on specialised small language models that handle live sales conversations from start to finish. It targets mid-market and enterprise customers across several major regions. Shares rose 6.70% in one day and 25.79% over 30 days. They are still down 25.49% this year, and the one-year total shareholder return has fallen 45.54%. The stock last closed at $106.86, just under a popular fair value estimate of $108.87, which implies it is about 2% undervalued. At 37.3x earnings, though, it trades above the US software industry's 32.9x but below peers on 45.7x. Softer Q3 2026 revenue guidance and easing net dollar retention remain risks.

Monday.com director sells shares as stock drops 48% amid AI agent concerns

Monday.com director Eyal Aviad sold 2,000 ordinary shares on 31 August 2026 at $100.66 per share, according to an SEC Form 4 filing. The transaction represented less than 1% of Aviad's holdings in the Tel Aviv-based company. Monday.com stock surges 16% in August after Salesforce's stellar Q2 earnings

Monday.com's stock rose 16% in August despite initial investor disappointment with its second-quarter results. The workplace productivity software developer reported revenue of nearly $365 million, up 22% year over year, and adjusted net income of $65.6 million, beating analyst expectations on both metrics. However, investors initially sold off the stock due to concerns about the company's net revenue retention rate and broader scepticism toward legacy software companies. The company's full-year revenue guidance of approximately $1.47 billion, representing at least 19% growth, merely met rather than exceeded analyst estimates. The stock's fortunes reversed later in the month when Salesforce released strong second-quarter results, with adjusted net income more than doubling. This sparked renewed investor confidence in legacy software stocks and CRM companies, lifting Monday.com's shares.
