What You’ll Do
As our Director of Professional Services, you will help to empower customers to achieve value outcomes with Stensul, through world-class professional services that are delivered with empathy, expertise, and care. This includes a streamlined onboarding process that ensures customers are up and running quickly and efficiently, as well as ongoing implementation support to help customers get the most out of Stensul.
Specific Responsibilities
- Build and scale world-class Innovative value services offering for Stensul customers
- Streamlining a customer onboarding process that drives customer activation, adoption and retention, reducing time it takes to onboard a new customer
- Reducing cost of professional services function while increasing revenue generation by offering valuable and differentiated services packages to our customers
- Build a monthly feedback loop between our Services organization and Engineering/Product teams, emphasizing where and how customers struggle in the current iteration of the product.
- Constant investment in efficiency, both through process improvements and automation reducing manual tasks performed by services team
- Working with Stensul partnership program to identify successful partners to help scale services 2024-2025 and beyond
Who You Are

- Demonstrated experience building and scaling a professional services business with accountability for financial targets
- Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams (e.g., consulting, implementation, trainers, project managers)
- Investigative mindset, strategic thinking, high attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment.

- Proven ability to create and embody a culture that delights customers and employees in innovative ways.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for articulating customer challenges.

The compensation range being offered for this role is a base of $160,000-185,000 with OTE of $250,000. Please note that Stensul’s compensation philosophy is based on a geographical market approach, and the salary range listed relates specifically to roles located in New York. Stensul’s compensation and career growth philosophy focuses on impact in the role, and starting salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based the competencies and level demonstrated in the interview process.
