Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management capacity.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Technical knowledge of point-of-sale systems, Windows, email, and Excel.
Strength in employee relations and customer service.
Ability to train, delegate, and motivate staff.
Ability to frequently lift products up to 50 pounds and regularly push and pull heavy pallets.
Interest in working indoors and outdoors.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, schedule, and review the inventory team.
Complete daily receiving of inbound freight and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Schedule and maintain the stock team.
Supervise the daily activities of the inventory team and provide daily direction.
Assist in managing store operations in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager, and provide work direction to the stock team.
Complete cycle counts, ensure store cleanliness, retrieve carts from the parking lot, assist with carry-outs, and merchandise hardgoods products.
Work with buyers on inventory issues.
Communicate and solve problems with support departments via email, phone, and in person.
Follow defined best practices and process flows to ensure inventory accuracy.
Participate in fall inventory and fiscal year-end inventory preparation.
Assist with seasonal display setups and tear-downs.
Unload incoming shipments and transfer outgoing shipments.
Receive incoming merchandise using radio-frequency gun technology.
Identify variances from internal and external vendors.
Unpack, price, reprice, and stock merchandise inside and outside.
Prepare and update required paperwork for internal and external vendor products, ensure inventory accuracy, and resolve related issues.
Execute weekly cycle counts.
Reconcile inventory errors using a systematic approach.

Prepare and update all required paperwork for internal and external vendor products and ensure accuracy in all inventories. Resolve any issues.
Execute weekly cycle counts.
Reconcile inventory errors using a systematic approach.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail supervisory or management capacity
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good technical knowledge including POS, Window’s, Email and Excel.
Demonstrated strength in employee relations and customer service.
High energy level with the ability to provide strong leadership, train, delegate and motivate staff.
Able to lift product up to 50 pounds frequently, pull and push heavy pallets regularly
