  • Healthcare knowledge is not required but beneficial

  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including developing and designing effective training programs that include in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Ability to work with leaders across multiple programs and product lines
  • Ability to develop and design effective sales training programs
  • Experience with e-learning platforms such as WorkRamp
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence behavior without formal management authority
  • Professionally develop and propose new ideas and challenge the status quo to improve training success
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Additional certifications in training are a plus
  • Prepare new hires by conducting orientation; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation with all new hires
  • Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training education for teammates
  • Participate in planning, development, and modification of internal courses, instructor materials, customized courses, and self-paced learning modules
  • Analyze day-to-day needs for training for the Assignments team
  • Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
  • Actively participates in meetings and discussions concerning process improvements and changes in processes
  • Collect feedback from trainees and identify process improvements
  • Measure the impact of training sessions and curriculums to identify the tangible impact of training
  • Determines training needs by shadowing assignment operations teammates; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with managers
