Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Trade Finance and core banking transformation projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical leads, business analysts, and external vendors.
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery frameworks.
