Requirements
  • An associate degree or successful completion of a radiologic technology program and a medical sonography program is required.
  • Registration in Obstetrics/Gynecology through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography is required.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine gynecologic ultrasound examinations.
  • Perform two-dimensional, three-dimensional, and four-dimensional imaging of female pelvic organs.
  • Learn and perform advanced pelvic floor ultrasound, including perineal, introital, and endovaginal ultrasound.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Deliver patient-centered care in an academic healthcare environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous pelvic floor ultrasound experience is preferred.
