Responsibilities

Support the product manager in product management; understand product selling points, suitable use cases, installation advantages, and differences from competing products, and continuously organize and improve core product materials.
Research elevator-industry market trends, user needs, mainstream competitor product strategies, pricing systems, and marketing strategies; prepare market analysis reports to inform product optimization, new product promotion, and market strategy adjustments.
Establish mechanisms to collect feedback from end customers and sales channels; systematically consolidate product-use pain points and improvement suggestions, and follow cross-department implementation of product iterations and detail upgrades through completion.
Coordinate product promotional materials with design and sales teams; improve product manuals, product samples, case materials, and product messaging to ensure external product content is consistent, professional, and suited to consumer needs.
Update and maintain product information in the brand's mini-program in real time.

协助产品经理负责产品管理工作，了解产品核心卖点、适配场景、安装优势及竞品差异，持续梳理优化产品核心资料。定期调研电梯行业市场动态、用户需求、主流竞品产品策略、定价体系及营销策略，整理市场分析报告，为产品优化、新品推广、市场策略调整提供有效依据。
建立终端客户、销售渠道双向反馈收集机制，系统汇总产品实际使用痛点与优化建议，全程跟进产品迭代、细节升级的跨部门落地对接，确保优化动作闭环落地。
负责产品宣传物料素材统筹，配合设计、销售团队，优化产品手册、产品样本，案例素材、产品话术等，保证对外产品输出内容统一、专业、贴合C端用户需求，同步完成品牌小程序端产品信息的实时更新维护。
