Requirements
  • 10+ years of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Leveraged Finance, or Investment Banking experience with preference for those having experience in the Consumer & Retail segment
  • Active FINRA Licensing or ability to obtain (SIE, S79, S63)
  • Self-starter with a team player mindset- proven track record of sourcing and originating new client relationships while providing an excelling in risk management for the bank
  • Ability to cross sell commercial banking products and services (FX, Trade Financing, Deposits, etc.)
  • Demonstrated strong level of credit skills with capability to assist in deal structuring
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g., negotiation, consultative skills and leadership)
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding the bank’s portfolio of loans, deposits, and other financial products for commercial clients
  • Ensure that all commercial banking operations adhere to regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with other departments including Risk, Credit Liability Management and Product Partners
  • Stay current on current industry trends within the Retail segment to identify opportunities
