About the job
- Higher education qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience from an audit, consulting, IT audit, or IT services firm, or significant experience in Data and AI.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Dataflows, and Pipelines.
- Comfort with Azure DevOps environments, including Azure DevOps and Git.
- Interest in AI technologies, including large language models, Azure OpenAI, Prompt Flow, and applied machine learning.
- Experience leading one or more projects using SQL and Python.
- Strong analytical ability, critical perspective, willingness to challenge assumptions, and commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to build trust quickly with clients, understand business needs before technical needs, and formulate clear recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and prior experience supervising more junior colleagues.
- Produce Analytics, AI, and Automation missions for clients, individually or as part of a team.
- Understand client business problems through scoping workshops, active listening, and reformulation, then propose value-added solutions.
- Model data using appropriate models for tools and business use cases, including entity-relationship models, star schemas, and Lakehouses.
- Develop data-processing flows using Power Query, Data Analysis Expressions, and Fabric Dataflows.
- Design AI solutions including large language model agents, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and automated workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
- Perform unit and integration testing.
- Design dashboards according to UX/UI best practices and propose appropriate solutions using tools such as Figma.
- Develop dashboards in Power BI.
- Train and support clients in using delivered solutions.
- Document development work.
- Use continuous integration and continuous delivery tools, including Azure DevOps and Git, and machine learning/AI environments such as Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, and Prompt Flow.
- Supervise colleagues during one or more client missions to ensure quality review and skills development.
- Support client relationship management alongside the Manager or Partner, depending on the mission.
- Contribute to business development through commercial proposals, client pitches, opportunity identification, and participation in events.
- Participate in the Data, AI, and Automation Center of Excellence through technology monitoring, method codification, and co-development of offerings.
- Certifications such as PL-300, PL-200, AI-102, or DP-100 would be an advantage.
