  • Proven ability (a minimum of 3 years) with installation, configuration, and maintenance of data center infrastructure and end-user systems, including servers, desktop systems, storage systems, network devices, and software applications

Responsibilities
  • Setting up, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all the data center infrastructure and end-user systems, like servers, desktops, storage, network devices, and software applications
  • Creating standard processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Upgrading OS and application versions and hardware
  • Working on innovative new software and hardware across Mac, iPad, and iPhone
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience in System Administration or related roles
  • Scripting experience: Unix shell scripting, zsh, python
  • Homebrew or other package managers
  • Experience using git for source code management
  • Experience managing TCP/IP networks
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams
  • Experience providing customer support to technical and non-technical users across more than one physical site
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose solutions to leadership
  • Passion to learn new technology, hardware and software
