Requirements
  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of supply chain and/or accounts payable experience is required.
  • Workday or cloud enterprise resource planning experience is required.
  • The role must meet the stated physical and sensory requirements, including prolonged sitting, standing, walking, data entry, lifting up to 30 pounds, and visual and auditory capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Interface with Workday enterprise resource planning and GHX Data Connect to automate ingestion of item contract price updates in Workday using standard units of measure.
  • Perform periodic audits of pricing and product usage to identify standardization opportunities.
  • Assist with group purchasing organization contract conversion.
  • Perform market basket, market share, product utilization, and other requested assessments.
  • Analyze responses, perform cost-benefit analyses, develop reports and presentations, and present make-or-buy recommendations.
  • Process ad hoc data requests and clearly and concisely report or present findings.
  • Use enterprise resource planning upload software, including enterprise interface builds, to update data.
  • Maintain group purchasing tier compliance through appropriate audits.
  • Support urgent ad hoc requests from supply chain and entity leadership concerning vendor master data, invoices, and payments.
  • Support generation of standard accounts payable reports and perform analysis.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
