Requirements
  • Must have Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
  • Must be willing to drive and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Must be able to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
  • Must work closely with patients one-on-one and collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and directions from nursing management.
  • Coordinate appropriate types of care for residents with other licensed care staff.
  • Follow company nursing policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
