Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, or similar position
  • Understanding of government contract structure and reporting
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to commute or move to Louisville, Colorado
  • This position may require a security clearance. To obtain clearance, employees must show proof of US Citizenship
Responsibilities
  • Own the development and integration of Red 6’s products and technologies
  • Work with the customer to clarify how each of its requirements can be met through Red 6’s core products
  • Act as a hybrid product/project manager, crafting a vision with the customer, and leading a team of engineers to transform that vision into a tangible new product
  • Collaborate with both external and internal partners, communicate plans clearly to all parties, and lead teams towards success
  • Utilize technical capability in conjunction with program/project management skills to deliver the best outcome for Red 6 and the customer
  • Work side-by-side with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and represent the customer as you work with Red 6 engineers to shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges
  • Work with Red 6 engineers to build the solution and/or pivot development as needed to meet client needs
  • Develop, coordinate, and communicate the path to success with both internal and external partners
  • Establish committed and trust-based partnerships with customers to help them solve their immediate problems and foresee future opportunities where Red 6’s technology can make them more effective
