Requirements
  • One to three years of working experience within accounts receivable is preferred.
  • Be highly detail oriented and organized in work.
  • Have interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Have knowledge of JD Edwards software.
  • Be able to communicate in English.
  • Be able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Be able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
  • Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds and perform the stated sitting, standing, walking, hand-use, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, talking, and hearing activities.
  • Maintain physical attendance at the primary work location.
  • Report for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
Responsibilities
  • Reconcile all Pilot accounts, including processing and balancing electronic funds transfers received for weekly and monthly settlements.
  • Reconcile third-party receivables, including PDCA, ARI, T-Chek, EFS, TCH, Comdata, Fleet Net, Fleet One, Multiservice, and Imperial Oil.
  • Manage corporate billing aging, uploads, disputes, and daily account-status-change emails.
  • Reconcile assigned National Tire accounts according to approved guidelines.
  • Process weekly EFS fuel transactions.
  • Contact and collect from customers with receivables more than 30 days past due.
  • Provide customer service for major and proprietary card brands by resolving or directing customer questions.
  • Manage, enter, and reconcile nonsufficient-funds checks and manage the approved check-writer list for Pump & Pantry.
  • Manage and reconcile fuel voucher programs.
  • Reconcile and monitor monthly rent accounts.
  • Create and run monthly customer statements.
  • Post daily checks to customer accounts and banking entries related to accounts receivable.
  • Establish customer accounts for Corporate Billing or JD Edwards as needed.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures as processes change.
  • Manage aging and related notations for assigned accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
