Project Manager - Civil Engineer, Mission Critical Site Development

- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Six or more years of experience in civil engineering design are required.
- Experience producing site design plans for large-scale, multi-phase projects is required.
- A strong understanding of civil site development, including grading and utility infrastructure, is required.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required, preferably Civil 3D.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus are required.

- The ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow is required.

- Manage large-scale, multi-phase civil site development projects for mission critical clients.
- Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for site grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure.
- Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance and project updates.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution.
- Monitor project performance, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Support proposal development and contribute to project planning efforts.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
