Salary: $75,000- $82,000

Bancroft is seeking a Program Director to support our Adult Day Prorgam in Swesboro. 

Responsibilities

Provides supervision and oversight to direct and indirect reports within assigned areas of responsibility:o Provides ongoing leadership, advice, training, and guidance to staff regarding the daily care, instruction,and safety of persons served at specific Program site as outlined in the Individual Program Plan (IPP),Annex A and/or program descriptions;o Ensures proper staffing patterns and work distribution within assigned program site in accordance withlevels of supervision, Annex A and/or program descriptions;o Conducts regular staff meetings and attends Program management meetings to promote a constant flowof information, open discussions, knowledge sharing, and to ensure staff are well-informed;o Attends various internal management meetings, external conferences, family conferences, etc., to bothobtain and share information;o Directly manages the ongoing job performance of direct reports; develops and communicatesperformance goals, completes performance evaluations within established timeframes; providesfeedback, develops and takes action on performance improvement plans, and determines andimplements disciplinary action as needed;

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required plus five years of experience in the Human Services or related field. BAin a related field plus three years of related experience preferred. Two or more years of supervisory/managementexperience required.
