You have the experience to analyze a clients’ security posture, anticipate security requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices. You have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’re a creative, analytical problem solver with above average documentation skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. Can apply deep security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients. You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject security at every level of their organization.

Job Description

This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining, growing, and leading Accenture's Operational Technology (OT) Security Consulting business in Canada. The successful candidate will own market development, strategic client relationships, large-scale delivery execution, talent growth, and the evolution of Accenture's OT cybersecurity offerings. As a recognized industry leader, they will help clients secure critical infrastructure environments while driving profitable growth and differentiation for Accenture.

This leader will:

• Drive business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development

• Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level

• Lead development of written and oral client proposals

• Assist in driving overall security practice growth

• Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery efforts for OT across a broad range of industries

• Lead, attract and retain multi-discipline, and multi-region teams

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. 
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
