- At least five years of experience managing property damage claims.
- Knowledge of applicable conventions and proficiency in managing high-stakes and litigation-related claims.

- Lead, organize, and manage the team's activity in coordination with other managers.
- Support employees' skills development through training and experience acquisition.
- Conduct annual performance reviews.
- Make decisions and propose improvements while adapting to internal and external constraints to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in recruiting team members for the claims-settlement teams.
- Participate with other managers in managing the property damage department.
- Participate in professional meetings and events.
- Prior management experience.
- Experience managing bodily injury claims.
