- Support the studio management and take responsibility for the team and operational processes required to maintain the studio space.
- Perform high-quality wellness massages as part of the daily operations.
- Monitor daily operations and booking processing in close collaboration with the studio management.
- Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and quality standards, and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Ensure that service commitments are fulfilled and service targets are achieved.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and employees and support reception organization.
- Optimize processes and take responsibility for leading, training, and developing the team.
- Create staff schedules and ensure efficient workforce planning according to operational requirements.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Experience in the premium hospitality, spa, or cosmetology sector.
