What You'll Do

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using Volkswagen diagnostic systems and technical resources.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Volkswagen manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, brake, HVAC, electrical, and other vehicle systems.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship.
• Document diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommendations appropriately.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to support efficient workflow and a positive customer experience.
• Continue developing technical expertise through manufacturer training and ongoing education.

Required Qualifications

• Volkswagen Master Certified Technician credentials.
• Automotive dealership service experience appropriate to the position.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to meet dealership insurability standards.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Volkswagen diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures.
