Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • 2026 location pages still list active expansion, including a new Oakville office.
  • Diabetes prevalence and prevention demand keep referral volume structurally high across Canada.

What critics are saying

  • Public funding dependence exposes revenue to OHIP, RAMQ, and AHS reimbursement pressure.
  • Rival endocrinology groups and hospital programs can steal referrals if wait times slip.
  • Any specialist staffing shortage would cripple multidisciplinary clinics and damage the one-stop promise.

What makes LMC Healthcare unique

  • Canada’s largest specialist diabetes provider, with 11 centers across Ontario and Alberta.
  • One-stop model bundles endocrinology, education, pharmacy, chiropody, optometry, psychology, and research.
