Patients book quickly and visit a coordinated team, with appointments within 48 hours and urgent cases seen within a week, plus pharmacy support and access to research trials. Unlike single-specialty providers, it offers multiple diabetes-related services in one location with a simple booking process and broad reach, including free parking at many sites. The goal is to make diabetes care easier and more patient-centered by integrating medical, pharmaceutical, education, and research services in a convenient setting.
