Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • At least 5 years of experience in higher education, communications, operations, program or project management, supervision, managing budgets, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google software.
  • Ability to work with program management, webinar hosting, and internal administrative software.
  • Experience with web publishing and content management systems.
  • Ability to prepare complex documents, such as course schedules, with minimal errors.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day academic services and advising operations related to the undergraduate and graduate degrees in Integrated Design and Media within the Technology, Culture, and Society department.
  • Advise students on curriculum requirements, course selection, registration, and career development.
  • Manage the department's communications and development initiatives, including the website, social media, and event promotion.
  • Support academic services and course scheduling.
  • Support the management of grant budgets.
  • Supervise student staff.

  • A master's degree in an art or design field related to Integrated Design and Media.
