Rooser.eu is a digital marketplace focused on the seafood industry, connecting buyers and sellers of various seafood products like haddock, cod, and salmon. The platform allows seafood traders, restaurants, and businesses to negotiate prices, place orders, and ensure timely payments. Rooser operates by providing a transparent environment where sellers can list their stock and share offers with multiple buyers simultaneously. Buyers can browse and order seafood in real-time, 24/7, and negotiate prices directly. Unlike traditional seafood trading, Rooser aims to eliminate guesswork and frustrations by ensuring that the quality of seafood ordered matches what is received. The company generates revenue by charging transaction fees and addresses issues like market price volatility and lack of transparency, which often lead to significant waste in the seafood supply chain.
