Production Planning and Plant Logistics Process Expert (SAP PP/S4HANA)

Job Description

To support the definition, implementation, and optimization of innovative processes and capabilities in short-term production planning, sequenced production plans, component availability, production preparation, execution, and delivery for Power Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and optimization of innovative processes and capabilities in Manufacture to Supply (M2S) - Plant Logistics and Plan to Fulfill (P2F) - Plan to Produce (P2P) for Power Tools plants.
• Ensure sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards.
• Play a key role in applying standard processes aligned with Power Tools (PT) standard applications/solutions.
• Enable the key user community through training and coaching to build competencies in standard process application.
• Foster intensive communication, collaboration, and change management in an international environment.
• Represent PT requirements on regional level, streamline requirements among AP plants
• Drive digitalization and automation in Production Logistics incl. implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets 
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry, with extensive expertise in production logistics and/or manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge in SAP ERP PP, experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant) and lean production concepts
• Strong analytical skills, persuasive power, proactiveness, and assertiveness.
• Willingness to lead or participate in international projects; intercultural experience and an open mindset are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; business-fluent English is required. Asian language skills are advantageous.
