Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in ETL testing.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
  • Perform data validation and verification to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using a defect tracking system.
  • Collaborate with developers and data analysts to resolve data quality issues.
  • Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Analyze data warehouse schemas and data models to understand data relationships and dependencies.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not introduce new defects.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand the impact of code changes on data quality.
