Vinyl Graphic Installer

Description

  We’re looking to add a new face to our quality-driven, team-focused Graphics group. As a member of the hands-on Print Production Team, you’ll help take Graphics Projects through print, lamination, finishing and installation.

Requirements

List of Key Responsibilities:

· Perform installation of vinyl graphics on equipment, without bubbles, debris, wrinkles, or errors.

· Meeting customer’s tight deadlines.

· Safely and effectively works with knives to cut vinyl to fit equipment, hand tools (drill, rivet gun, etc.) to attach corner pieces to equipment, and heat gun to adhere vinyl graphics.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of production & installation areas.

· A willingness to assume responsibility and act independently with a ‘See it, Own it, Solve it’ approach to problem solving and project ownership.

· A positive, determined attitude, driven by the spirit of teamwork.

· A passion and drive to learn new technologies, processes and equipment.

This role also physically requires:

· The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

· The ability to climb ladders and heights for installation purposes, including but not limited to stretching, bending, and climbing in outdoor and indoor environments.

Some preferred qualifications are:

· A strong working knowledge of the digital printing industry, with experience related to the operation of wide format digital printers, plotters, digital cutters and laminators. Experience with Roland printers is a bonus! Hands on experience with vehicle wrap application, point-of-purchase display or sign installation are all huge bonuses!

· A basic understanding and use of computers.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to be flexible to changing work demands.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
