Requirements
  • Be a member in good standing of the OIIQ.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
  • Hold a DEC or bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Provide an up-to-date résumé and current CPR certification.
  • Provide a criminal record check and have a driver's license.
  • Be available for day, evening, and night shifts and for the entire assignment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
  • Follow up on and monitor patients' health status.
  • Apply procedures and protocols specific to medical-surgical care.
  • Update and maintain patient records.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to patient discharges and admissions.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
