Internship Program Overview
At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week summer internship opportunities across various business functions.
Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

Team Overview
The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers world-class, innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and our customers. What you’ll do:
- Support senior program managers across the entire project lifecycle to deliver on critical programs for Service Now IT initiatives
- Work with various project, product teams to propose creative solutions in predictive analytics, task automation and build a bold vision for AI driven project management
- Keep all stakeholder aligned by preparing and communicating project status report after analyzing risks, issues, schedule, and cost variance of the program
- Prepare project performance analytics by reviewing system generated dashboards, identify, and publish key messages backed with data points
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or another related field with a graduation date no earlier than December 2025
- High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to and willingness to work cross functionally with other internal teams
- Preferred: Demonstrated relevant experience from previous internship and/or academic or personal projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good understanding & visualization of how to map a requirement or a process using simple tools and techniques
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $36.78, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
