Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a product marketing (or similar) role.
  • Direct experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech.
  • Experience with successfully launching new features/products.
  • Experience developing strategic plans such as marketing plans, launch plans, or campaign plans.
  • Experience in data analytics and the ability to distill insights from research data, customer interactions and market feedback.
  • Demonstrated success thinking, working cross functionally, and an ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and matrixed organizational structures, coupled with the agility to adapt and recalibrate strategies as necessary.
  • Adept at leading cross-functional plan execution.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to think strategically about how we can solve customer problems, and then be able to pivot to execution to deliver on goals/objectives.
  • Intimately know the product, understand user workflows. Partner with teams to influence the product roadmap and recommend new features to build.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Know the customer needs, journey, and mindset of the customer segments and turn those insights into messages and programs that resonate.
  • Craft differentiated positioning/messaging to guide GTM efforts.
  • Develop strategy, gain alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, secure resources, and support flawless GTM executions.
  • Manage complex projects from end to end while leading a highly matrix team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver assets and tools to drive adoption of payments products. Continue to evolve the process and content to address objections, competition, and new capabilities.
