Requirements
  • A Master’s degree in human services, education, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification or licensure eligibility as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
  • Supervisory experience in a school or community-based setting serving individuals with disabilities.
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior practices.
  • A valid Virginia driver’s license in good standing.
Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct services and crisis support as needed while maintaining compliance with clinical and documentation standards.
