Commercial Service Plumber
About the job
- At least 4 years of commercial plumbing experience in healthcare, retail, commercial, or industrial environments.
- Experience with drain snakes, camera scopes, and hydro jets.
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing and hydronic systems, preventive maintenance, and safe work practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with other trades.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing and hydronic systems, including piping, water heaters, boilers, and pumps.
- Perform preventive maintenance, startups, testing, and quality inspections.
- Complete service calls, callbacks, documentation, inspections, and owner training while meeting safety, quality, and customer standards.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and identify repair or maintenance needs.
- Share technical knowledge and support technician training.
