Requirements
  • Minimum 2:1 or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) subject
  • Previous experience in software testing
  • Strong SQL skills – ideally used in a previous role
  • Ability to work on site 5 days a week
  • Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
  • 2:1 Undergraduate Degree, especially in a technical field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems
  • Familiarity with programming languages, understanding popular frameworks and tools used in software development, DevOps and testing
  • Analytical minds that can spot patterns and think creatively
  • Effective communication styles, planning, organisation and a learning development mindset, stakeholder and time management
Responsibilities
  • Work with one client, delivering high quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure
  • Gain hands-on experience working full time on site directly with prestigious FTSE100, 250, and 500 organisations
  • Thrive under the guidance of experienced Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers
  • Complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the development programme
