  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • NetSuite experience is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Bill, credit, and edit invoices for clients
  • Communicate with clients and internal sales account owners
  • Perform rebills for clients
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes
  • Assist with monthly closing procedures
  • Compile, interpret, and summarize billing data
  • Support accounting operations and client service staff
  • Operate an electronic billing system and work with database software
  • Compile and review reports
  • Work with collections team to pursue past due payments
