Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, including evidence of owning a platform or operationally critical product.
  • Experience with contact center, Contact Center as a Service, telephony, or real-time customer engagement products.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods.
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems with many constraints, use sound judgment to assess risks, and present arguments in a well-structured, data-informed written narrative.
  • Proficiency in a variety of Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools and product management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to identify and validate customer problems and unmet needs.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and contact-center stakeholders to understand agent and operational workflows and convert them into clear problem framing and prioritized outcomes.
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for engagement-routing and contact-center capabilities.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria with delivery teams.
  • Own the relationship and integration of third-party tools related to assigned products.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools and models in day-to-day product work, including research synthesis, specifications, prototypes, and delivery.
  • Understand the SVG business model, processes, and financial metrics and manage product compliance within the regulatory landscape.
  • Work with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to build, design, and launch products effectively through Agile development processes.
  • Track key product metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote the product internally and externally and champion the customer.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the product team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
