Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll manage a team of BDRs, guiding and enabling their prospecting efforts with a goal of generating high-quality sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll lead, mentor, and develop your BDR team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- You’ll provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure your team’s success and professional growth.
- You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts.
- You’ll internalize product messaging and benefits to craft engaging communications with prospects.
- You’ll offer regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. You’ll adhere closely to lead processing procedures and recommend process optimization where necessary.
- You’ll document strategic and tactical assets as shared resources for the team.
- You’ll track the accomplishments of individual contributors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably overseeing a BDR or sales team.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.
