Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience (1-2 years) in a project management or related position
  • A background in telecommunications or VoIP is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage new process, system and operational change projects for Professional Services
  • Facilitate face-to-face communication and program feedback
  • Work with cross-functional Vonage stakeholders to define project scope
  • Participate in calls with Sales to learn about accounts and advise on best practices
  • Manage/complete multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Participate in post-project evaluation sessions
  • Coordinating with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Answer customer questions on company supported applications
  • Provide escalated customer focused support
  • Work with multiple departments to provide internal education and assistance
  • Communicate, implement and support process change initiatives
