Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic leader for the account, overseeing its global expansion in the mental wellness space.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams: earned media, digital, influencer, social, issues preparedness and PR campaigns.
  • Build strong client relationships with key representatives.
  • Counsel clients on strategic and tactical matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated work.
  • Act as the first responder to workstream challenges.
  • Leverage global resources for international expansion.
  • Manage resource allocation and ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to drive team results.
  • Handle budgeting, billing, projections, and staffing.
