Requirements
  • Experience in the relevant technical domains, particularly Siemens product ranges, motion, automation, and advanced variable-speed drive solutions.
  • Experience integrating automated systems, gained within a manufacturer, engineering consultancy, installer, or systems integrator.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Autonomy and commercial orientation.
  • Interest in technical sales and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical expert for customers by qualifying and defining complex technical solutions.
  • Advise customers on solutions and services in response to their problems.
  • Assist customers with project execution through technical services.
  • Support and accompany field sales teams during the pre-sales and after-sales phases of complex projects.
  • Deliver billable customer services, either face-to-face or remotely, including audits, technical assistance, and customized training.
  • Present technological innovations to customers while maintaining expertise in manufacturers' solutions.
  • Serve as a national reference for a specific area of expertise.
  • Contribute with Expertise and Solutions Managers to designing and delivering content in the relevant area of expertise.
