Blumira and DNS Filter partner to unify threat data for MSPs.

Blumira and DNS Filter partner to unify threat data for MSPs. August 24, 2026 Blumira CEO and Co-Founder Matthew Warner and DNSFilter Head of AI Labs Mikey Pruitt discussed their new technical partnership designed to simplify cybersecurity operations for MSPs) Addressing the evolution of how technology is purchased in the channel, they explained how seamlessly integrating DNS Filter's early threat-categorization data into Blumira's ease-of-use SIEM platform creates a unified single pane of glass. This two-way data sharing allows MSPs to automatically correlate DNS activity alongside Microsoft 365 logs and other telemetry sources, transforming vast streams of raw security data into clear, actionable context with minimal configuration overhead. They also highlighted how AI accelerates both threat classification and product-delivery speed, allowing partners to achieve rapid detection and automated responses without getting bogged down by security noise. While acknowledging that overhyped AI tools often fail in practice without proper data-refinement efforts, they emphasized that their integration delivers real-world value by reducing operational complexity and eliminating time-wasting software friction. By providing higher visibility across client environments, the collaboration empowers MSPs to maximize their existing security investments, boost operational margins, and confidently scale their managed service offerings.
