Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Polymer Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales.
  • A background in data centers, ideally with familiarity with infrastructure builds involving server racks and power installation channels.
  • At least 3 years of experience proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • A demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of seeking new opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business and product development opportunities that can drive growth and profitability for ITW Formex, focusing on the data center space.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market plan in collaboration with all departments.
  • Analyze potential and existing markets to identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with the Formex United States and Formex Shanghai engineering teams to obtain rapid customer solutions.
  • Assist relevant management with resourcing, budgeting, and problem-solving activities for ITW Formex and other activities that increase recognition of ITW Formex products.
  • Provide regular updates on market competition and analysis to management and relevant departments.
  • Develop short-term and long-term plans to increase market penetration and sales within the market segment.
  • Submit monthly product-line status reports on key activities intended to increase sales.
  • Work with original equipment manufacturers, original design manufacturers, and contract manufacturers on fabricator opportunities and solutions.
  • Grow the revenue base.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA.
  • Working knowledge of extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, and compounding.
  • Familiarity with UL 94, ASTM, IATF 16949, DIN standards, and ISO 9001.

ITW raises dividend 7% and authorises $6B share buyback programme

Illinois Tool Works Inc. has announced a 7% increase in its annual dividend, raising it from $6.44 to $6.88 per share. The fourth-quarter dividend of $1.72 will be payable on 9 October 2026 to shareholders of record on 30 September 2026. The company's board has also authorised a new $6 billion share repurchase programme. Management will determine the timing and volume of buybacks at its discretion. Christopher O'Herlihy, president and chief executive officer, said the moves reflect the strength of ITW's business model and confidence in long-term growth and free cash flow generation. This marks the company's 63rd consecutive annual dividend increase. ITW is a Fortune 300 manufacturing company with $16 billion in revenue in 2025.
