  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • A minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience
  • 6+ years relevant materials work experience (supply chain, product, or manufacturing)
  • Specific knowledge and experience in Yarn manufacturing and supply chain is preferred; apparel/accessories experience is a plus
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate goals and objectives
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to effortlessly navigate ambiguity and articulate a clear point of view
  • Proficient project manager & problem solver
  • You are comfortable engaging with different partner groups, tailoring your messages accordingly and building strong partnerships
  • Ability to travel 20%
Responsibilities
  • In partnership with your Manager, Director, Enterprise Partner Management, you will drive Partner strategies across the organization. You will track risk mitigation plans and performance against execution to further enable Nike’s growth.
  • Your typical day/week will include a variety of meetings with your external partners, the internal team and other cross-functional partners. You will focus on executing against the goals and plans created for your partners.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert in the sock yarn space and be a part of relevant special projects/key initiatives that impact Sourcing & Manufacturing, Product Creation/Innovation, and Sustainability.
  • You will prepare necessary tools, visuals, and analytics to deliver concise communication and a clear plan to stakeholders.
