Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph.
  • Relevant experience in writing, editing, or producing technical or analytic reports or products related to signals intelligence or information assurance; experience may also include intelligence or language analysis.
  • A degree in any field is acceptable.
  • Level 1 requires 6 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or General Educational Development credential, 4 years with an Associate's degree, or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Level 2 requires 9 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or General Educational Development credential, 7 years with an Associate's degree, 5 years with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, or 2 years with a Doctoral degree.
  • Level 3 requires 12 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or General Educational Development credential, 10 years with an Associate's degree, 8 years with a Bachelor's degree, 6 years with a Master's degree, or 4 years with a Doctoral degree.
  • Level 4 requires 15 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or General Educational Development credential, 13 years with an Associate's degree, 11 years with a Bachelor's degree, 9 years with a Master's degree, or 7 years with a Doctoral degree.
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and edit serialized-product reports and other intelligence products and services, including working aids, databases, and briefings, in accordance with information-sharing policies and standards.
  • Prepare information for publication or presentation by reviewing and editing content and relevant externals, verifying source-record accuracy when applicable, and assessing the appropriate dissemination format or vehicle.
  • Ensure products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.
  • Provide writing, information organization, reporting, and distribution guidance and additional mentoring as needed.
  • Write reports and provide input for Government responses to foreign-release and ORCON-release requests.
  • Research and prepare responses to customer requests for information and other queries for use or decision by Government personnel.
  • Review customer draft documents for accuracy and adherence to original signals intelligence.
  • Prepare re-addressals of Second Party products for use or decision by Government personnel.
  • Provide input to the Inspector General Quarterly Report after review by Government personnel.
Desired Qualifications
  • A degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing.
