- Lead the day-to-day operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish.
- Manage project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, change management, and coordination across the project team and all trade partners.
- Work with superintendents, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on project goals, resolve field and design challenges, and ensure work complies with contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee documentation, budgets, risk mitigation, and communication to keep the project progressing on time and within scope.
- Experienced project managers may lead multiple phases of a project, mentor assistant project managers, support preconstruction activities, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
