Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Two years of experience in similar roles is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Planning Center, Yamaha CL5, Yamaha TF1, ProPresenter, Ross Video Switcher, GrandMA Lighting Console, and Mac products is required.
- The ability to maintain composure under pressure is required.
- The ability to frequently lift under 50 pounds is required.
- The employee must affirm and support ECO denomination Essential Tenets.
- The employee must advocate for the culture and vision of Highland Park Presbyterian Church and commit to its Team Culture Values.
Responsibilities
- Provide audio/visual support for meetings throughout campus, including audio, video, slides, lyrics, basic lighting, basic camera operation, basic recording, basic video switching, video editing, and YouTube uploads.
- Manage and maintain production equipment with other Creative Team members.
- Prepare spaces for events and recordings.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Contribute to all areas of production as needed.
- Attend required meetings, communicate scheduling conflicts, and respond promptly to calendar invitations.
- Teach staff and members how best to be supported by the Production Team.
- Build healthy relationships across departments and contribute to staff culture.
- Support the Creative Team and church vision through technical preparation, communication, and high-quality event execution.
